CHANNELS ISSUE

If you are unable to access your streamjng account while your internet is working, then you are probably logged in on another device. Each account can only run on one device at a time, unless you are subscribed to the premium package.

  • Please make sure that you added your correct MAG Address when places the order.
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 40 mbps.
  • Tried to connect the device through an Ethernet cable instead of WIFI.
  • Have a device powerful enough to handle live HD streaming.
  • Setup STB Simulator correctly

Check the link on a PC using the VLC software. If it works, the issue is on your side. Make sure that there are no spaces in your link and that you are not using your link on another device. If this problem persists, contact our support team.

To reduce buffering, follow any of the steps below:

  • Allow less users to connect to the Wi-Fi.
  • Do not connect the device through a wireless connection, rather directly connect a LAN cable to the device.
  • Try to use the channels during off-peak hours (generally avoid 6pm to 11pm).
  • If all else does not work, it is best to upgrade to a faster bandwidth.

This generally occurs during the initial installation of a set-top box such as MAG or AVOV. Simply perform a hard reset by powering off your device, unplugging it then plugging it in again.
For Android, Apple or Kodi, simply clear cache or reinstall it.

There are times in which we are unable to identify what the issue could be. Two possibilities are internet speed and incompatible devices or applications used.

Do the following:
Go to device settings.
Select Native for decoder
Press restart

This is most probably due to a misusage of an account. Our system detects if 1 subscription is used on more than 1 device simultaneously, thereafter automatically blocks an account.

Please visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the main device and find your IPV4 address. Once you find your IP address, please send it to our customer support email.

Please note that we will only unblock an account twice. Further action may be taken on the 3rd blockage of an account.

INTERNET ISSUES

If only some specific channels are frozen it may be a fail on internet connection which is really normal so you can just switch between channels and it will reload again, if all channels are frozen please check your internet speed at https://www.speedtest.net/ if it’s lower than 40 Megabits you need to contact your internet service provider to fix your internet issue, if it’s higher than 40 megabits please contact us so we can deep check it to find the issue.
