I have not heard of IPTV before. What exactly is IPTV in simple terms?
IPTV is a means of broadcasting live or pre-recorded programs over channels that exist on the internet, without the usage of external devices such as a decoder or rooftop antenna.
How many types of IPTV

How does IPTV function?

IPTV functions in a very simple manner. Instead of receiving radio waves through a rooftop antenna, programs are viewed and downloaded on any device through an internet connection. 

 

Why should I choose IPTV programming over traditional satellite?

In order to use a traditional satellite, an antenna needs to be installed on the roof, running a cable from the antenna to the device (generally only a television). This then receives signals of radio waves which are broadcasted from the main source, but can be interrupted due to bad weather. IPTV is simply streamed over an internet connection, as easy as that.

Do I need a television for IPTV programming?

Any device which have an screen and is able to connect to the internet is sufficient.

Common question about issues you may face

CHANNELS ISSUE
A channel is not working. What do I do?

Please follow this procedure:

 

  • If one channel is down, it is possible that it is maintenance from our side. Nevertheless, give it a few minutes, then refresh at regular intervals. If the problem continues for a few hours, please contact us through our support email.
  • If all channels are down, then it is most likely a fault on your side. Please check your internet connection.
  • If the internet connection is not an issue, then try clearing the cached files for the past hour or day. 
A channel stopped working while I was watching. What do I do?

Occasionally, a channel may pause due to a break in transmission. Simply switch to another channel for a few seconds, then return to the channel of interest.

Channels take a long time to load. Why is that?

This is called buffering. Buffering of channels occur due to a low internet speed. 

How do I reduce buffering?

To reduce buffering, follow any of the steps below:

  • Allow less users to connect to the Wi-Fi.
  • Do not connect the device through a wireless connection, rather directly connect a LAN cable to the device.
  • Try to use the channels during off-peak hours (generally avoid 6pm to 11pm).
  • If all else does not work, it is best to upgrade to a faster bandwidth.
Why are all the channels blank?

This generally occurs during the initial installation of a set-top box such as MAG or AVOV. Simply perform a hard reset by powering off your device, unplugging it then plugging it in again.

For Android, Apple or Kodi, simply clear cache or reinstall it.

What happens if there is a black screen or broken voice?

There are times in which we are unable to identify what the issue could be. Two possibilities are internet speed and incompatible devices or applications used.

 

What do I do if a channel has sound but no video is playing?

Do the following:

  • Go to device settings.
  • Select Native for decoder
  • Press restart
My account is blocked. Why is this?

This is most probably due to a misusage of an account. Our system detects if 1 subscription is used on more than 1 device simultaneously, thereafter automatically blocks an account.

How do I unblock my account?

Please visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the main device and find your IPV4 address. Once you find your IP address, please send it to our customer support email.

 

Please note that we will only unblock an account twice. Further action may be taken on the 3rd blockage of an account.

What is the minimum internet speed required for a stable streaming connection?

The minimum internet speed required to have a stable stream connection is 40 Mbps but channels will still run even with low internet connection

Why am I unable to access my account?

If you are unable to access your account whilst your internet is working, then you are probably logged in on another device. Each account can only run on one device at a time, unless you are subscribed to the premium package.

My account is not working on my MAG Box or STB Simulator. What do I do?

Please make sure that you:

  • Sent us the correct MAC address.
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 40 mbps.
  • Have a device connected through an Ethernet cable.
  • Have a device powerful enough to handle live HD streaming.
  • Setup STB Simulator correctly.

Why is my M3U Link not working?

Check the link on a PC using the VLC software. If it works, the issue is on your side. Make sure that there are no spaces in your link and that you are not using your link on another device. If this problem persists, contact our support team.
